Happy 4th!

We had a great time with Addison on her first 4th of July. We are so grateful to be living in America! She got up around her usual time of 7am after about 12 hours of sleep. We had a quiet morning while Jeff ran errands and I made homemade potato salad for the first time. Addison did not take her usual morning nap but did take a 3 hour afternoon nap. My parents came over right after she fell asleep to give Jeff and I time for a break. We went to our first movie together since she was born-"Hancock." When we got back, Addison had just awakened and had a bottle-easy babysitting for the grandparents! We went to the pool and Addison had a fun time swimming. She liked kicking her legs in the water while we held her and standing on the step in the pool and jumping. We all had fun watching her and helping her enjoy the water. Then we all had a nice steak dinner and Addison went right to sleep at 7pm with no fussing. She has been sleeping 11-12 hours for awhile now and we enjoy the break in the evening. She slept through fireworks on the 3rd and the 4th. We watched some local fireworks through our upstairs window after we watched a movie.

I was thinking about you today, because for some reason I was remembering you had a 7-11 birthday right?? Well, Addison looks darling in that 4th outfit. And so sweet sweet in her baptism dress. It looks like you are having fun being a mom!
